Healthy eating needs to be sustainable. I would resent this journey of living with Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) if I had to eat Chicken, quinoa and veggies for the rest of my life. This disease sucks, not being able to exercise for the rest of my life sucks, but a life of controlling my weight from thoughtful eating is the one thing I do have control and does not need to suck!
